A certified appliance refers to a designation affixed to the appliance by means of a a label. This label is provided by the company that has "certified" the appliance in terms of function and clearance to combustible materials.

Do we deliver?

Yes we do deliver but only within town limits. If you require a delivery out of town we would be happy to do so provided we are scheduled for work in the area.

Do we have 24 hour service?

We have a technician on call 24 hours a day. Service provided after hours is billed at time and a half in addition to a $100.00 call out fee for the Smithers / Telkwa area

Do we provide financing?

Unfortunately, we do not provide in house financing. We do, however, provide deferred payment options through Snap financial.
