Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

FAQ

How often should I get my furnace serviced

Most manufacturers recommend annual service on all gas fired appliances and in some cases will void the warranty for lack of service. Regular maintenance can provide for better efficiency and prevent premature failure, both of which can result in substantial cost savings to the homeowner.

What’s better, copper or plastic water line?

The standard in water line is copper, always has been, but it is expensive and generally used in commercial applications and premium installations. Plastic water line is far more common and with the advances in pipe composition, almost as durable. We provide two Crosslinked Polyethylene options, IPEX and Uponor.  IPEX uses a copper crimp system and Uponor uses an industry leading pipe expansion system.
